Clear terms for cancellations and refunds on digital purchases.
The English Fluency Bundle consists of four digital eBooks (PDF format) delivered electronically. Because these are digital goods that can be accessed immediately after purchase, our cancellation and refund policy differs from that of physical products.
You may cancel your purchase at any point before completing payment on the Razorpay checkout screen — simply close the payment window without confirming payment. Once payment is successfully completed and the eBooks are delivered, the order is considered final, subject to the refund conditions below.
Since the eBooks are delivered instantly and can be downloaded immediately, refunds are generally not offered once the product has been successfully delivered. However, we will provide a full refund in the following situations:

Once your payment is successfully completed via Razorpay, you will receive access to all four eBooks through one (or both) of the following methods:
In most cases, delivery is instant — you can access your files within moments of completing payment. In rare cases of technical delay, we aim to deliver your eBooks within 24 hours of purchase.
If you haven't received your download link within 24 hours of a successful payment, please check your spam/promotions folder first, then contact us via our Contact Us section with your payment confirmation, and we will resend your files promptly.
